I’m blown away! The characters have already hooked me, the sound quality of the recording is good, and I love the voices. I’m eager to hear what happens next.
Collin Earl says
Starla!!! Fantastic!! Wonderful! I can’t say enough; your writing and performance are brilliant loving it!

That didn’t take long to hook me, great production values aside, once she was describing her history with dreaming, she suddenly got very relatable. Have you played the longest journey? Hard to say early on, but certain concepts seem similar to that fine adventure game. And those 2 swans, I get the feeling they’re going for an Ouroboros, ying yang sort of thing, though more romantic then the single serpent.
Starla says
I played Dreamfall, the sequel to The Longest Journey, but not the first one. It never occurred to me that there were any parallels to TDT before someone over at podiobooks.com made the comment when it went live through that site. As you’re now the second person to mention it, I will most definitely have to check out this game. I wonder if there’s a Mac version available… :)
Glad you’re enjoying the story so far! Please let me know your thoughts when you finish the podcast!

Did you ever play it?
Just so you know? There are still people enjoying this seven years later
Starla Huchton says
Wow. Thank you so much for this comment! So often with books, authors move on to the next project, then the next, and so on. It’s amazing to me that, all these years later, people are still finding this story and enjoying it. Thank you so much for stopping by and sharing your thoughts! <3
